Refund & Returns Policy

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

Clear photos of the product are required to verify eligibility (e.g., defects, damage, wrong item).
2. Return Label:
A prepaid return label is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Return Approval:
Once the request is reviewed and approved, the customer must securely package the item and ship it using the provided label.
4. Processing Time:
Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after Shopheavens receives the returned package.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the issue is Shopheavens’ responsibility (e.g., defective or damaged product, incorrect item shipped), the return shipping cost is covered by Shopheavens.
If the issue is the customer’s responsibility (e.g., change of mind, wrong product ordered, damage caused after delivery), a $30 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in the customer’s account.
Non-Returnable Situations:
Returns will not be accepted if:
The item is returned without original packaging or accessories.
The item is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents after delivery.
The return request is made after 30 days of delivery.
The item is returned without prior contact or approval.
Exchanges:
Shopheavens does not accept exchanges.
Customers who want a different item should return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Condition of Returned Items:
Damaged on delivery (courier fault): Eligible for return; Shopheavens covers shipping.
Damaged due to customer handling: Not eligible for return or refund.
Change of mind: Accepted within 30 days; return shipping fee will be deducted.
